The key to any investment is the ability to buy at the right price. Our team select properties with care. All properties are assessed in detail by our dedicated in-house Investment team who use a bespoke investment model.

Property Management

We have experience of letting and managing properties from our own portfolio. Occupancy is key, and we're proud of our record of achieving very high occupancy of 95% and above. Prime rental areas normally work to 100%.
